If you have previously attempted to reserve a new build home, you may be aware that you may be restricted if you are still to market or sell your own home.
On certain developments that Ballantynes have available, you may spot the option of Assisted Move. What does that mean and how do you qualify?
Where Ballantynes are acting on behalf of developers / builders, we make sure that communication channels are always open and the information that we are providing is up to date and correct.
If a purchasers is looking to reserve a property from one of those developers / builders, yet they have their own property to sell in order to purchase, they can still proceed in doing so if they choose to use our Assisted Move option.
Ballantynes would then act as estate agents for the purchasers sale, all the while keeping the developers / builders up to date with progress of said sale and affording the purchasers necessary timescales to do so without any additional pressure.
One thing to keep in mind is that, when you are looking to reserve a new build, this may be months in advance of a completion / move in date so we do ask that you make sure and have a stop gap in place between your own sale and the completion / move in date for the new build. Again, using the Assisted Move, Ballantynes can assist in sourcing that stop gap if needed.
