What next for your Airbnb / Holiday Let

The ongoing pandemic has seriously impacted the holiday market across the board and short-term property lets are no exception. Recent reports show a huge fall off in occupancy rates with some properties having no booking in place for the remainder of the year.

With the inbound and outbound flights restricted, less people likely to be leaving their own properties unless for exercise and just less people willing to travel until further notice means that the booking rates will be expected to fall even further.
