BALLANTYNES PROPERTY GROUP COMPANY ACQUISITION

Ballantynes are delighted to announce the successful acquisition of well-known Edinburgh letting agents REAM Ltd. The company will trade as Ballantynes REAM and will sit within the Ballantynes Property Group. Maureen Wallace Managing Director and Founder of REAM will take up the position of Lettings Director and all existing staff will be transferred across to Ballantynes Ream Ltd. With over 300 properties under management Ballantynes Ream Ltd will continue to provide the top-quality service for which REAM has been renowned, whilst also enhancing the full service offered within the Ballantynes Property Group – including Development Land Sales, Valuation, New and Establish Home Sales and Lettings.

Ballantynes REAM and its staff have relocated into Ballantynes Property Group’s existing West End Edinburgh office at 30 Stafford Street, Edinburgh EH3 7BD.
