Our Letting & Management Service

• Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants to the property.
• Tenant referencing and credit checks.
• Preparation and signing of the tenancy agreement and relevant paperwork.
• Collection of the tenancy deposit equivalent to 1.5 months rent.
• Preparation of an inventory and schedule of condition.
• Checking the tenant into the property and agreeing the inventory.
• Supervising the transfer of services and council tax into the tenants name.
• Managing the rental payments monthly in advance and passing payments to you the landlord.
• Inspecting the property and preparing a report once every three months.
• Managing repairs and maintenance on the property and liaising with you works over an agreed limit.
• Liaising with the tenant to arrange renewals of the agreement, serving notices and repairs & maintenance.
• Checking the tenant out of the property and checking the inventory.
• Remarketing to minimise rental voids and update the rental valuation.
