Ben Ballantyne has more than 35 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor working throughout the UK for national and international surveying practices as well as 8 years as a Director of a leading privately owned UK Waste Management Company.
Rory Ballantyne BSc (Hons) MRICS
Director
Rory Ballantyne qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2006 and is a Graduate of Northumbria University, Newcastle, with over 7 years experience working with a leading global real estate adviser in their Land and Development Team as well as working with one of Scotland’s leading housebuilders. Rory enjoys a number of outdoor activities including Shooting, Fishing and playing rugby for Broughton Rugby Club in Edinburgh.
Caroline Elliot
Senior Sales Manager
With over 30 years experience as a consultant with the bulk of this time spent with a multi national blue chip company providing business solutions and sale initiatives, Caroline is a key member of the Ballantynes team. Caroline was an Associate Director within DTZ responsible for the management of 24 sales consultants and was the client relationship manager for Bryant Homes. In 2010 Caroline joined Ballantynes and works with the firm as a consultant, in a very similar role, working with key clients and managing and developing the team of sales consultants. Caroline also takes an active involvement in the day to day running of the Edinburgh office. Caroline enjoys relaxing in her second home in Florida and has a keen interest in the Space Program.
